Combining performance marketing technology, partner networks, managed services and AI-powered compliance capabilities, they work with some of Canada's most recognised banking and fintech brands, including Scotiabank, RBC and Wealthsimple. The Role The Account Manager will own a portfolio of financial services clients, developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies that drive performance, revenue and long-term account growth. They will act as a strategic advisor to clients, using performance data and industry expertise to identify opportunities, optimise campaigns, manage challenges and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable results. The Responsibilities Own a portfolio of client accounts, taking responsibility for relationships, retention, performance and revenue growth. Develop and execute affiliate and performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs. Drive quarter-over-quarter program growth through new partners, campaigns and commercial opportunities. Analyse ROI and performance data, turning insights into clear recommendations and optimisation strategies. Manage affiliate and partner relationships to improve acquisition, campaign performance and revenue. Lead new client onboarding, coordinating requirements, timelines, documentation and internal stakeholders. Manage client escalations, performance concerns, technical issues and potential churn risks. Support clients across tracking, integrations, troubleshooting, platform optimisation and new product capabilities. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products, services and strategic initiatives. Collaborate across sales, marketing, product and technical teams while supporting training and process improvement. The Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. 3–5+ years of affiliate, performance or digital marketing experience. Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, partner management, tracking and campaign optimisation. Proven experience developing strategies that drive measurable client growth and revenue. Strong client management skills with experience owning high-value or high-touch accounts. Analytical mindset with experience interpreting ROI, KPIs and performance data. Experience managing client escalations, performance issues and retention risks. Comfortable using CRM, affiliate tracking, analytics and marketing technology platforms. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Financial services, fintech or regulated-industry experience is highly advantageous. The Remuneration Competitive base salary.
