This role focuses on new residential construction and is responsible for furnace commissioning, warranty service, troubleshooting installation deficiencies, and completing sheet metal modifications to ensure every HVAC system meets our quality standards. The successful candidate is a skilled troubleshooter with a strong understanding of residential HVAC installation, sheet metal fabrication, and customer service. We're Looking For Someone Who Meets The Following Qualifications 2nd-4th Level Registered Seet Metal Apprentice Experience performing residential furnace start-ups and commissioning. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Experience completing residential HVAC warranty or service work. Knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices. Sheet metal installation and fabrication experience. Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract. Experience in residential new home construction is preferred. And who can manage these responsibilities: Perform furnace start-ups and commission newly installed residential HVAC systems. Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, installation deficiencies, and warranty concerns. Complete residential warranty service calls while providing exceptional customer service. Install, modify, and repair sheet metal ductwork as required. Verify all systems meet manufacturer specifications, company quality standards, and applicable codes. Accurately complete service documentation, work orders, and commissioning reports. Maintain a safe, professional work environment and represent the company positively with homeowners, builders, and team members.
