The Role You'll own the live ops systems behind a portfolio of games, designing recurring, reusable features that ship across multiple titles rather than one-off event or offer treadmills. This is hands-on building with a small team, where every feature is crafted to scale, every test is read in the data, and every win shows up in the P&L. What You’ll Do Create recurring, reusable systems built once to run across multiple titles. Own the full experiment loop: cohort → hypothesis → A/B test on live players. Move retention, engagement, and ad monetization together as trade-offs . Codify wins into reusable playbooks so they compound across the portfolio. Hands-on with engineers and designers on portable features. Tune economy + ad placement for LTV without eroding the older audience's trust. Who You Are Systems thinker, not feature thinker. Massively self-amplified with AI. Analytical rigor in data-rich, ambiguous environments. Movesfast but smart, refining without over-engineering. Understands F2P retention + monetization loops. Communicates the "why" / distills tradeoffs into clear logic Must-Have Skills Shipped, operated a live F2P title Strong data mindset: A/B testing, telemetry, retention + monetization metrics Casual F2P experience, live ops / events / economy focus 3+ years PM or Game Design Bias for execution, ships without perfectionism Bonus Points Experience with casual board & card games (Dominoes, Spades, Solitaire, etc.). Experience in fast-moving game studios or mobile publishers.

What you’ll do

You will own the live ops systems behind a portfolio of games, designing recurring, reusable features that ship across multiple titles. This role involves hands-on building with a small team, focusing on crafting scalable features and analyzing data to drive performance.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience shipping and operating a live free-to-play title, with a strong data mindset and familiarity with A/B testing and monetization metrics. A minimum of 3 years in product management or game design is required, along with a bias for execution.
