Role Description The Experiential Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing experiential campaigns that bring brand stories to life through in-person activations, events, and immersive experiences. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing timelines and budgets, sourcing venues and vendors, and overseeing event logistics from setup to post-event wrap-up. The role involves conducting market and audience research, contributing to campaign strategy, preparing client presentations, and measuring campaign performance against objectives. This team member will also support new business opportunities by helping develop concepts, proposals, and case studies for prospective clients. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and collaborative teamwork. Competence in Market Research to understand audiences, competitive landscapes, and trends that inform experiential strategies. Sales-related skills to support client relationship building, proposal development, and participation in pitches and renewals. Marketing Strategy capabilities to contribute to campaign planning, positioning, and integration with OOH and digital efforts. Customer Service skills to ensure positive attendee experiences and responsive, professional client and partner interactions. Experience in experiential marketing, events, or brand activations, including vendor management and on-site event coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working on-site at events, with occasional evening or weekend activations as required. Proficiency with standard office and project management tools; familiarity with marketing analytics or reporting is an asset. Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
