Job Description Accountabilities: Effectively interacting with patients, physicians and staff Reception Clerical support Bookings Record data Payroll entry Chart management Telephone answering Routine purchase orders related to supplies (receiving and organizing same) Other related duties as assigned Qualifications Grade 12 Business and Commerce and one year community college Medical terminology required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Word processing skills and computer experience Basic accounting Recent payroll experience Flexibility to meet the needs of a fast-paced environment Recent booking experience an asset Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record Ability to travel between and work at all Osler sites Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration Additional Information DURATION: Approximately three (3) months or until the previous incumbent returns.
