Manager, Finance Downtown Toronto, ON (4 days in-office) Salary between $115k - $130k plus discretionary bonus and benefits Our client, a very active and respected real estate mortgage capital group, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this individual will own fund accounting and reporting across the firm's managed funds, plus new funds as they launch. The role covers full-cycle fund accounting under both IFRS and ASPE, internal management reporting, fund-level forecasting, treasury operations, and investor-facing materials. Responsibilities: Full cycle fund accounting and reporting under both IFRS and ASPE Prepare and deliver Internal management reporting Forecasting at the fund level Loan loss provisioning on the mortgage portfolio Consolidated entity reporting including eliminations, intercompany balances, and equity/non-controlling interest presentation Investor relations support Capital markets support Treasury operations Team leadership for one direct report Cross-functional execution with Investment Management on deal-related and special loan matters Qualifications and Skills: 5–8 years of experience in fund accounting/reporting CPA designation, in good standing Experience in real estate debt, mortgage funds, or private credit is nice to have Working knowledge of both IFRS and ASPE Prior people leadership experience, or clear readiness to lead a small team Strong Excel and financial modeling skills If you are interested in applying for this opportunity, please apply now.
