National Buyer – Indirect Procurement Mississauga – 1 Day a week in the office $70,000-$75,000 + RSP + benefits We are recruiting for a National Buyer – Indirect Procurement to join the Procurement team of a well-established Engineering organisation. This position is only 1 day a week in the office, offering the flexibility to work from home while playing a key role in a national procurement team. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will manage an approximate $500K-$1M indirect spend across categories including promotional items, uniforms, office supplies, facilities, professional services, and marketing. You will lead strategic sourcing and vendor quoting, manage contracts and preferred vendor programs from renewal through performance tracking, and drive cost savings through spend analysis and RFP support. You will also act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, supporting policy communication and procurement best practices across departments. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in Indirect Procurement across categories such as facilities, marketing, and professional services, with proven experience in vendor and contract management and strategic sourcing. You will be analytical, dynamic, and have a genuine "go-getter" attitude, with the confidence to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
