Who You Are: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience Retail experience an asset Enjoy working in a fun, team environment Enthusiastically engage and interact with customers Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment Meet and exceed shift targets Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education is required. Smart Serve Certification is required. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders. What you’ll do

Provide exceptional customer service and engage with clients to drive wine sales. Handle point-of-sale transactions and perform merchandising tasks including receiving shipments and restocking shelves.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma and Smart Serve Certification. Physical ability to lift up to 21 kilograms and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
