The Maintenance Worker 1 is responsible for monitoring building and medical systems while performing preventative maintenance and responding to demand work orders. The role requires exercising independent judgment to determine work priorities and methods for facility-related equipment. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a maintenance position and a Grade 12 education or equivalent. A valid Class 5 driver’s license and an insured vehicle are required for the role.
