Job Description Job Description Hands on experience on Job scheduling software and its job configuration - Autosys, Tidal, control M or any similar one* Knowledge and hands on experience on scripting - Unix, Windows Batch, PowerShell, or any similar one* Ticketing tool - Service Now or any similar one* Knowledge in ITIL Process Experience in writing SQL queries* Experience MSSQL, Oracle DB Operations and basic admin functions * Experience in managing and installing mission critical production software patches. Experience on System Monitoring and disaster recovery/business continuity. Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing - Azure or Similar* Experience in Production support - L3/L4 Role* Basic Networking/SFTP Mandatory Skills: Broadcom Autosys . Experience: 8-10 Years .
