Manage the performance, growth, and operational integrity of airport retail locations across Western Canada. Lead sales strategies, P&L ownership, talent development, and the execution of new store launches. Requires 4-5 years of progressive retail management experience, including at least 2 years in a multi-unit capacity. A post-secondary degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred, along with a proven track record of delivering P&L targets.
