Wood is recruiting for a Business Development Manager / Director to join our Oil &Gas and New Energies business focusing on delivering some of the most complex projects in the Canada. This opportunity is Hybrid. #LI-Hybrid The Role Wood is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Director based out of our Calgary, Alberta office to join our dynamic team in Western Canada. Reporting to the VP of Business Development for Canada. This position will support Wood’s global and Canadian business units across consulting, projects, and operations, driving collaboration and growth across the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to projects spanning traditional onshore oil and gas as well as key areas of focus including Energy Transition, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Renewables, Alternative Fuels, Licensor Integration, BioProducts, Midstream, Pipelines, Thermal Upstream, Downstream Refining and Petrochemicals, Oilsands Mining and Offshore Oil & Gas. Salary range for this position is CAD $190,000 - $200,000 per year. Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field and 15 to 20 years of experience in project execution and business development within the EPC industry. Must possess strong strategic relationships within the North American mining industry and proficiency in CRM tools.
