In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality concrete finishing tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure the successful completion of projects, from foundations to flooring, while maintaining safety standards and efficiency on site. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools. Assist with rebar installation and wire mesh-ensuring reinforcement is properly placed Operate heavy equipment for placement and site preparation. Support carpentry and masonry tasks related to formwork, scaffolding, and structural elements for concrete projects. Prepare work sites by cleaning, setting up forms, etc. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Education Not Applicable Requirements Experience Required Proven concrete experience with a focus on concrete finishing Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic equipment maintenance. Experience with concrete forming, flooring installation, rebar/wire mesh, and restoration work is highly desirable. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards.
