Inspect eggs for cracks, defects, and cleanliness. Package and label eggs for distribution and sale. Maintain accurate production and inventory records. Operate and monitor egg grading equipment. Follow all farm safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with cleaning and sanitizing grading and packing areas. Working Conditions Fast-paced agricultural production environment. Exposure to dust, barn conditions, and varying temperatures. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable performing routine tasks while maintaining high quality standards Standing for extended periods. Repetitive hand and arm movements. Education Not Applicable Experience Required Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Previous farm or food production experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided. Preferred Attributes Dependable and hardworking. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
