About

Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) WPA is a not-for-profit central purchasing body, bringing together public sector buyers and trusted suppliers to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality procurement solutions across Wales. Building Better Frameworks We develop fully compliant, easy-to-use frameworks and DPS' that enable publicly funded organisations to procure works, goods, and services with confidence. Our frameworks support the construction, refurbishment, and maintenance of social housing, schools, and public buildings, driving efficiency and value at every stage. Trusted Expertise Our partners rely on our technical knowledge, sector expertise, and commitment to delivering better homes and public spaces. We simplify procurement, accelerate delivery, and generate measurable financial and operational benefits for our clients. WPA provide a suite of Added Value Services, ensuring our partners have full use of our comprehensive services and support from project start to finish. Creating Lasting Community Impact As a not-for-profit organisation, WPA reinvests surplus back into the communities we serve. Funded through a small levy on framework projects, we support local social value initiatives through our Community Benefit Fund, ensuring every procurement delivers wider benefits beyond the project.
