WQS Industrial Services Ltd. is now recruiting IRATA Certified, Journeyman & Apprentice Welders for the 2026 Fall Turnaround Season, with major projects in the Fort McMurray region. This is your chance to join a dynamic team, enjoy a people first culture, and contribute to a season focused on excellence. Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off - 12-hour days. Schedule may vary during pre-work. Anticipated Turnaround Duration: August 2026 - October 2026. Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $67.00 Additional Information: Flights and Camp are company provided. Competitive Local Incentive Program (LIP) available to IRATA Level 3 employees local to Fort McMurray. What You Will Bring Rope Access IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 Certification or interest in obtaining your IRATA certification is required. Registered Apprentice or Journeyman Welder certification required. Experience welding stainless steel is considered an asset. Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing. Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract, Common Safety Orientation & Confined Space Certification are a bonus. Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must. Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture. Requirements

Must hold IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification and be a registered Apprentice or Journeyman Welder. Candidates must be fit for duty and capable of passing alcohol and drug testing.
