You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met. We are growing and searching for an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at our Jackson Park, Windsor, ON HearCANADA clinic! This is a temporary full-time position until December 2026. Typical hours of work will be Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time. What we offer you: * $70,000 - $100,000 annual base earnings based on experience + an attractive bonus program * Vacation pay at 6% paid on bi-weekly pay cheque. What you will do: * Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations * Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients * Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended * Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls What we are looking for: * A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program * Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing * Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience * An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members * Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to clients to ensure product adoption * Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required To join us on our journey in providing Wonderful Sound for All, click the "Apply Now" button! Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program and hold an unrestricted license to practice in their province. Experience with diagnostic and dispensing services is required, along with strong communication skills.
