Fund Accounting Supervisor, Real Estate & Infrastructure Are you ready to move beyond preparing fund accounts and take genuine ownership of clients, deliverables and a team? We are partnering with a leading global alternative asset services firm to appoint a Fund Accounting Supervisor within its growing Real Assets division. This is an opportunity for an experienced real estate fund accountant to step into a broader leadership position with direct responsibility for client relationships, technical review and the development of junior team members. You will work closely with senior leadership and gain a clear pathway towards Fund Controller and senior management roles. The role You will: Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of institutional clients Review monthly and quarterly reporting, reconciliations and accruals Oversee capital calls, distributions and partner allocations Review management fee, waterfall and clawback calculations Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements Coordinate directly with auditors, legal counsel and other external stakeholders Allocate work, manage deadlines and coach junior fund accountants Contribute to process, workflow and fund accounting platform improvements What we are looking for You will ideally bring: Three or more years of real estate or Real Assets fund accounting experience Experience reviewing work and supervising, coaching or mentoring junior colleagues Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related discipline A CPA designation or active progress towards qualification Clear communication skills and the confidence to manage client relationships Experience with limited partnership accounting and platforms such as Yardi, MRI or Investran would be advantageous. Requirements
