Job summary
The Role: WTW is seeking an experienced Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer to support the BI Analytics Reporting team in delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This role will focus on designing and developing Power BI dashboards/semantic models supporting Finance, HR, and Marketing teams. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: * Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models that provide actionable insights to business users. * Develop and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data models and visualizations. * Build and optimize Power BI datasets, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations. * Integrate Power BI solutions with Azure Data Lakehouse, Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse, and Azure Synapse environments. * Perform data modeling and data analysis to ensure high-quality and performant analytics solutions. * Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability. * Support enhancements and troubleshooting within the existing reporting environment. * Follow established development standards, governance practices, and devops processes. * Collaborate with data engineers and database teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates must have 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions in enterprise environments. Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, and advanced SQL skills are required for this position.
