Our flagship Aussie X program brings Australian sports and culture into Canadian classrooms and gyms. The Role You will direct our Australian sports programming across the region — coordinating the facilitation team, leading coach training, recruiting and onboarding new coaches, and leading coaching delivery in schools. Responsibilities Direct and coordinate delivery of Australian sports programming (Australian rules football, cricket, and netball-based curriculum) across GTA partner schools Lead training and cross-training of the program facilitation team, including cross-program deployment for seasonal flexibility Direct coach recruitment campaigns, including marketing funnel, screening, and onboarding of incoming coaches Own curriculum fidelity, program quality standards, and program evaluation Lead coaching delivery in schools, modelling program standards for the team Coordinate with client success and operations on scheduling and school relationships Requirements Demonstrated expertise in one or more Australian-origin sports (Australian rules football, cricket, netball-based curriculum) — gained through playing, coaching, program-development, or delivery experience — including rules, technique, and game strategy 2+ years' experience working with school-age children or youth, in a coaching, teaching, recreation, or similar setting Experience training, mentoring, or coordinating coaches or facilitators Outstanding communication and group management skills with school-age children Legally entitled to work in Canada Valid driver's licence, required to travel reliably between multiple partner school sites across the GTA Vulnerable-sector check (or ability to obtain) Customer service or hospitality experience an asset, reflecting personability, professionalism, and strong communication skills in people-facing environments Benefits: 10 days paid vacation, health and wellness benefit, and paid travel.
