Job summary

We are looking for an architect for regulatory reporting. The goal is to build a hybrid model that combines an internalized mapping engine with a vendor solution, supported by a modern architecture. You must have experience in data architecture, regulatory reporting, and cloud experience, with the ability to deliver a POC/vendor evaluation. The candidate must be able to make architectural decisions. Responsibilities · Define the end-to-end technical architecture of the POC. · Assess, select, and integrate technologies for the target stack. · Ensure the architecture meets performance, scalability, availability, security, auditability, data lineage, and regulatory requirements. · Define the data model, storage strategy, and processing pipelines. · Drive back-end, front-end, workflow orchestration, and rule engine integration. · Implement a full data pipeline: loading, processing, aggregation, and reporting output. · Contribute to performance, load, and security testing. · Document the architecture, ROI, and migration roadmap. · Explore AI use cases: data validation, anomaly detection, insight generation, and prompt engineering. · Recommend responsible AI and model governance practices. Deliverables · In-house POC delivered on time. · Technical component integration on selected datasets and reports. · Operational end-to-end pipeline. · Components: data lineage, version control, audit trail, data validation / quality framework, AI solution. · Definition of a cloud platform compliant with BNPP requirements and available vendor solutions. Skills · End-to-end technical architecture experience on data / reporting applications. · Significant knowledge of most of the following technologies: Angular 17+, Spring Boot, Python FastAPI/Django, Node.js, Camunda or Temporal, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Drools, OpenMeta, Superset, Tableau, Power BI, REST APIs, Oracle 26 AI. · Cloud architecture experience: AWS, IBM Cloud, or GCP. · Strong understanding of data pipelines, data lineage, audit trail, security, and regulatory compliance. · Ability to benchmark, standardize, and recommend a target technology stack. · Professional English and ability to produce clear documentation. · Banking regulatory reporting experience. · Experience with Axiom or regulatory reporting tool replacement. · AI / LLM / prompt engineering applied to data quality or reporting. · Vendor selection / market study / POC delivery experience.
