The Animal Care Technician will perform routine husbandry duties, monitor animal health, and maintain facility cleanliness in accordance with CCAC guidelines. They will also assist with technical procedures, maintain accurate health records, and manage inventory for the resource facility. Candidates should have post-secondary education in a life sciences discipline and previous experience in animal care is considered an asset. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to lift up to 25kg, and availability to work rotational weekends and statutory holidays.
