Collaborate with executive leadership and the Board to align compensation programs with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and over 15 years of progressive compensation management experience within public life sciences organizations. Must possess deep expertise in biopharma business acumen, data systems, and the ability to manage complex multi-jurisdictional reward programs.
