The Senior Project Manager will manage Discovery-stage programs, including coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking timelines, and managing budgets. They will also oversee external Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and facilitate the progression of compounds through preclinical development. Candidates must hold an MSc or PhD in chemistry or biology and possess at least 5 years of experience in drug discovery. Strong project management skills, proficiency in MS Project, and the ability to interface with diverse internal and external stakeholders are required.
