*About Yaletown Massage Therapy* Yaletown Massage Therapy is an established clinic in the heart of the Yaletown neighborhood, providing Registered Massage Therapy care since 1999. We are a team of RMTs who believe in a holistic approach and the importance of effective, responsible healthcare. While we share similarities in our approach to assessment, treatment, and homecare exercises, each of us brings our own unique perspective and experiences to the massage therapy table. Our clinic is currently looking to add another part-time practitioner to our group of RMTs! *Location & Transportation* Yaletown Massage Therapy is located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, open 7 days a week, and is accessible by bus, train, bike, car, and walking. We have plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops located within our building and nearby! The clinic is located inside 1168 Hamilton Street on the second floor (elevator accessible), just steps away from the Yaletown-Roundhouse SkyTrain Station. While there is no on-site parking, Yaletown has parkades available starting at $13.50 for the day near the clinic. If you ride a bike, we have a gated parkade with a bike rack in the building where you can park and lock your bike (must provide your own lock). *Availability* We are looking to onboard an independent RMT contractor for a permanent part-time position at Yaletown Massage Therapy. Currently, the following days are available for your practice: Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. *Job Description* As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing the daily rent rate for your treatment room with full-day access, or a prorated half-day rent rate, and receiving payment directly from your patients (massage prices can be found on our website here: https://www.yaletownrmt.ca/fees). If you're set up with any extended health insurers, our front desk staff is able to direct bill for you! *What We Offer* * Supportive full-time front desk reception with laundry services provided. * Flexible work schedule! We are open seven days a week with full-day availability. * User-friendly and industry-standard software (JaneApp) for online booking, billing, and scheduling. * Fully stocked treatment rooms [e.g., hydraulic massage tables, blankets, pillows, towels,sheets, etc.] with industry-standard products [e.g., Biotone lotion]. * We are located in a well-maintained, fully functional office building on the second floor, with elevator service. * An established network of healthcare practitioners in the area for referrals as needed. *Requirements* * Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CMTBC. * Must have appropriate and current liability insurance in place. * Business license. * Familiarity with JaneApp is considered an asset, but not required. *Contact Us* If you?re interested in joining our team, please email our clinic at [email protected], and we?ll be happy to get in touch!
