Summary We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business development and growth of Yokohama and Goodyear Off-Highway (OTR) products across Eastern Canada. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic and technical sales partner for customers in the mining, construction, aggregates, ports, material handling, forestry and heavy industry sectors. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional business plan. Achieve sales, profitability and market share objectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Manage and grow regional and national key accounts. Provide technical recommendations and analyze Off-Highway (OTR) tire performance. Collaborate with internal teams, distributors and strategic partners. Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses and performance reports. Maintain disciplined CRM and sales pipeline management. Represent the company at industry trade shows and events. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Commercial leadership and influence with strategic customers. Strong business development and market expansion capabilities. Technical expertise in Off-Highway (OTR) applications and heavy equipment. Strategic account management and complex negotiations. Results and profitability orientation. Market analysis and strategic thinking. Executive-level communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance metrics. Excellent organizational and territory management skills. Collaborative approach and strong customer focus. EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE College diploma, university degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales or heavy equipment industries. Demonstrated success in business development and key account management. Preferred Off-Highway (OTR) Experience Experience in the Off-Highway (OTR) tire industry is considered a major asset. Experience within mining, aggregates, quarry, construction, forestry, heavy material handling, port operations or heavy equipment industries is highly desirable. Knowledge of Off-Highway (OTR) tire applications, duty cycles, operating costs and performance metrics. Travel Requirements Extensive travel throughout Quebec, the Atlantic Provinces and Newfoundland & Labrador. Regular presence at customer locations and operating sites. Travel will represent a significant portion of the role. Language Skills Mandatory bilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken.

Requirements

Strong Off-Highway tire or related heavy-industry knowledge is highly desirable, and written and spoken English-French bilingualism is mandatory.
