Young Engineers Calgary NW provides hands-on STEM and engineering programs for children through schools, childcare centres, community organizations and our Calgary learning centre. Students learn engineering and mechanical principles by building working motorized models and exploring concepts such as gears, forces, motion, transmission systems and electric motors. Our programs include in-school and after-school programs, STEM workshops and field trips,camps, special events and community programs. We work with organizations across Calgary to bring practical engineering experiences directly to children in an engaging, age-appropriate format. Based in Calgary, Alberta.
