Shared staffing between our two locations makes booking time off and schedule changes straightforward and stress free. Patient-Centered Practice: Focus on patient care, and not meeting arbitrary numbers often found in corporate settings 100% Licensing Fees Covered: We fully cover your annual licensing fees. Health Benefits: Comprehensive extended health, dental, and vision care. The Role & Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious, Mandarin-speaking pharmacist to lead our Oakridge location. Whether you are an experienced manager or a driven pharmacist ready to step into your first leadership role, we welcome your application. In this role, you'll act as the face of the pharmacy building relationships with local physicians, care facilities, and the Oakridge community to drive practice growth, supported by a competitive wage and performance-based incentives. Compensation: $56.00-$61.00/hour. Starting wage based on experience. We also provide performance-based growth incentives.
