Zehnder Ventilation North America is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Territory Manager to lead growth across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on new business development, strategic key-account management, specification sales, channel development, and representative management. What You'll Do As Territory Manager, you will own the commercial performance and growth strategy for the GTA territory. Key responsibilities include: Drive new business by identifying and developing new customers, channels, projects and market opportunities. Grow strategic key accounts through structured account plans, business reviews and senior-level relationships. Drive product specification with engineers, mechanical consultants, architects, builders and developers. Develop project opportunities from initial design and specification through bidding, award and installation. Lead and support sales representatives, including bid, specification and sales representatives across the territory. Develop distribution channels and identify new partners and routes to market. Own territory plans and deliver against sales, gross margin and product-mix objectives. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate monthly forecasts. Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service and Technical teams to win and grow strategic opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, building codes and regulations. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, seminars and customer activities. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the company's CRM. What We're Looking For We're looking for a hunter + relationship builder who can identify opportunities, influence decision-makers and turn relationships into sustainable revenue growth. You bring: 7+ years of sales experience in HVAC, ventilation, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), building products or a related industry. A proven track record of business development and key-account growth. Experience managing or working with sales, bid and/or specification representatives. Demonstrated success influencing product specifications with engineers, consultants, builders and developers. Strong knowledge of the GTA/Ontario HVAC contractor market, distribution channels and construction process. Excellent commercial, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
