Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in Ontario (member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario) for approximately 3-6 years. Experience with significant public company transactions, including spin-offs, IPOs, bids and/or direct listings. Experience with MJDS and/or FPI companies, and preparation of securities documents and disclosures, including familiarity with applicable U.S. SEC rules, will be considered a strong asset.
