Job summary
Job Title: P&C Insurance Delivery & Program Manager Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is mandatory Location: Markham, ON Job Description: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs and transformation initiatives. Manage program planning, execution, governance, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery. Drive Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and continuous process improvements. Work closely with senior leadership to align project outcomes with business objectives. Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery models. Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is mandatory. Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs within the insurance industry. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with program governance, resource planning, financial tracking, and risk management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certifications are preferred.
