Lead the technical design and architecture of large-scale enterprise applications using Java and related technologies. Support application integration, security, performance optimization, and Java modernization or migration initiatives.

Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Java / J2EE • Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices • Strong knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented design, and enterprise application architecture • Experience with application servers/platforms such as JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, or Open Liberty • Experience with SQL and relational databases • Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging/event-driven technologies • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle • Exposure to Azure, GCP, or AWS is an advantage • Strong understanding of API integration, authentication, security, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization • Experience with Java modernization/migration initiatives is highly desirable Preferred Experience • 10+ years of Java/application development experience with significant experience in a Technical Lead or Architect capacity. • Experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications. • Banking / Financial Services (BFSI) experience preferred. • Strong stakeholder communication and technical presentation skills."

Requirements

Requires 10+ years of Java or application development experience, including significant experience as a technical lead or architect. Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, microservices, enterprise architecture, databases, messaging, and modern development tools is expected; BFSI experience and strong stakeholder communication skills are preferred.
