Job summary

Build and evaluate models (regression, classification, etc.) • We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to support the AI CoE’s Machine Learning and Data Science initiatives. • The ideal candidate will have strong applied machine learning, statistical modeling, analytics, and analytical problem-solving experience, with the ability to translate business problems into practical data science solutions. • They should have expert knowledge of SQL and Python, along with hands-on experience in predictive modeling, forecasting, classification, regression, experimentation, A/B testing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and insights generation. • This is a highly analytical and hands-on role focused on delivering end-to-end data science solutions, including data exploration, data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, interpretation, and communication of insights. • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is useful, particularly for communicating model outputs, trends, and actionable insights. • Experience working in cloud-based data science environments, including Azure, Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow, and related cloud technologies, would be considered an asset. • Experience with use cases such as churn prediction, member personalization, recommendation systems, marketing optimization, anomaly detection, and experimentation frameworks would be valuable. • In addition to technical depth, we are looking for someone who can work independently, collaborate effectively with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and business partners, and help accelerate the delivery of enterprise AI and analytics solutions from exploration through production readiness.
