Job summary
Regression Tester with AI test exp. Toronto, ON (4 days hybrid) Fulltime Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, and Javascript. Conduct regression testing to identify and document defects, ensuring the quality of releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new features and existing functionalities. Integrate testing frameworks with AI and GenAI models to enhance testing capabilities. Execute test plans, analyze results, and report on testing progress and quality metrics. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues for resolution. Continuously improve testing processes and automation strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in regression testing and test automation. Strong programming skills in Python and Javascript. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright. Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies and their application in testing. Familiarity with banking domain processes and compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. AI exposure is important, particularly: Agent implementation Prompt engineering Hands-on usage of tools like OpenAI, Claude, etc. Preference is for practical AI implementation experience vs. theoretical AI knowledge
