Location: North York, ON – 5 days/week on-site (TTC accessible) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year Our client is looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role combines graphic design, print production, retail marketing coordination, and video editing. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer who can manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams while ensuring creative materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. Responsibilities Design and produce a variety of in-store, promotional, print, and digital marketing materials. Create and adapt creative assets across multiple formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency. Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital applications, ensuring files meet technical specifications. Coordinate with printers, production vendors, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Support retail and mall marketing initiatives, including store openings, events, promotions, and specialty campaigns. Coordinate creative requests, timelines, artwork specifications, approvals, and deliverables across internal teams. Create, edit, resize, and adapt video and digital content for e-commerce, social media, campaigns, in-store screens, and other marketing channels. Maintain organized design files, templates, production assets, signage, and marketing materials. Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Retail, Operations, Visual, Buying, and other cross-functional teams. Manage multiple creative and production projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing production, retail marketing, or a similar role preferred. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma across Mac and PC, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Experience preparing files for professional print production. Experience editing and exporting video content for digital and social media platforms. Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and production design. Comfortable working with Google Workspace, including Google Drive and Google Sheets. Retail, fashion, consumer, or multi-location brand experience is considered an asset. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and file-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently within tight deadlines. Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working within a creative team. Able to work 5 days/week on-site in North York.
