The company is dedicated to creating intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional designs that drive engagement and business success. Role Overview: The Product Designer will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that products are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong UX/UI expertise and a passion for solving complex design challenges. Role Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final execution. Develop user-centric design solutions that balance business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations. Create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design system components. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to push design innovation. Role Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong experience using design systems, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards. Financial services or banking experience.
