Clinical Aesthetician | Calgary, AB – CORE Shopping Centre | Full-Time $20–$26 per hour + 10% commission on services and products Are you an experienced aesthetician who enjoys delivering high-quality, results-focused treatments and creating a premium client experience? 3Twelve Beauty Lounge is a luxury spa and salon in downtown Calgary, and we’re looking for a skilled Clinical Aesthetician to join our growing team. The Role You’ll provide safe, professional skin treatments while building strong relationships with clients and creating personalized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include: Performing clinical skin treatments to a luxury standard Conducting consultations and detailed skin assessments Creating personalized treatment plans Completing client intake, consultation and consent documentation Maintaining excellent sanitation, safety and infection-prevention standards Encouraging rebooking and completion of treatment programs Recommending professional home-care and retail products Keeping up to date with new techniques, technologies and products What We’re Looking For You’ll be professional, confident and client-focused, with strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail. You will need: Esthetics or Clinical Aesthetics diploma from a recognized institution 3+ years of professional esthetics experience Working knowledge of Alberta Health Services personal services standards Strong English communication skills Weekend availability Experience with laser treatments, microneedling, dermaplaning or chemical peels would be an advantage, as would experience within a luxury spa or medical aesthetics environment. An existing client base, retail sales experience or additional languages are also welcome. Requirements

Experience with laser treatments, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, or luxury and medical aesthetics settings is an advantage.
