Hairstylist | Calgary, AB – CORE Shopping Centre | Full-Time $20–$26 per hour + 10% commission on services and products Are you an experienced hairstylist who enjoys creating great results and giving clients a high-end salon experience? 3Twelve Beauty Lounge is a luxury spa and salon in downtown Calgary, and we’re looking for a skilled Hairstylist to join our growing team. The Role You’ll provide professional hair services while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and helping grow the 3Twelve client base. Your responsibilities will include: Providing cuts, colour, styling and treatments to a luxury standard Consulting with clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable services Encouraging rebooking and recommending professional retail products Maintaining a clean, safe and sanitized workstation Keeping client records and service notes accurate Staying current with industry trends, techniques and products Supporting the team in building 3Twelve’s reputation and clientele What We’re Looking For You’ll be confident, creative and professional, with a genuine focus on delivering an excellent client experience. You will need: Alberta Journeyperson Hairstylist Certificate or Red Seal endorsement 3+ years of professional hairstyling experience Strong technical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills in English Confidence recommending services and products Strong organization, punctuality and professionalism Weekend availability An existing client base, luxury salon experience, retail sales experience or additional languages would be an advantage. Requirements

Requires an Alberta Journeyperson Hairstylist Certificate or Red Seal endorsement, at least three years of professional hairstyling experience, strong technical skills, and excellent English communication. Candidates should be professional, organized, punctual, confident recommending services and products, and available on weekends.
