They will also review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts for goods and services. Requires a Canadian law degree (LLB/JD) with an Ontario Call and 4-5 years of experience split between a national law firm and in-house roles. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in compliance programs, corporate-commercial advice, and commercial contracting.
