WHAT YOU GET Fixed seasonal pay based on your experience and equipment qualifications. Overtime paid in accordance with CNESST requirements. Regular pay—even when it doesn’t snow. Maintain your employment and required availability throughout the season (November 1, 2026–March 31, 2027) to receive your full seasonal compensation. THE JOB Operate snow plowing and snow removal equipment safely Safely operate large wheel loaders and heavy snow-removal equipment Operate equipment with snow pushers, buckets, blades, and other approved attachments Inspect your equipment and report any issues Follow site instructions and communicate with your team. WHAT YOU BRING 2 years of commercial vehicle driving experience required; experience in snow removal or operating small or heavy equipment is an asset. Valid Class 5 licence and clean SAAQ driving record. Reliable transportation to LaSalle or assigned sites (including nights and weekends) Reliability and a commitment to safety. Availability for snow events and assigned shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Hours vary with weather and operational needs; no predetermined number of hours is attached to seasonal pay. LE TRAVAIL Utiliser en toute sécurité les équipements de déneigement comme des grandes chargeuses sur roues Utitiliser notamment des poussoirs à neige, godets, lames et autres accessoires Inspecter votre équipement et signalez tout problème. Suivre les instructions du site et communiquez avec votre équipe. CE QUE TU APPORTES 2 ans d'expérience en conduite de véhicule commercial requis ; une expérience en déneigement ou en conduite de petits engins ou lourds est un atout. Permis de conduire de classe 5 valide et bon dossier de conduite SAAQ. Transport fiable vers LaSalle ou les sites assignés. (Incluant la nuit) Fiabilité et engagement envers la sécurité. Disponibilité pour les événements de neige et les horaires assignés, y compris les nuits, les week-ends et les jours fériés. Les heures varient selon la météo et les besoins opérationnels ; aucun nombre d'heures prédéterminé n'est attaché à la rémunération saisonnière.
