The Academy of Learning Career College (Surrey & Vancouver) – Job Placement Success Centre was created to adhere with the College’s mission – to improve the lives of under-served students and the communities in which they live. The Centre helps in improving the lives of students not by giving them their preferred jobs but assisting and guiding them in getting their dream jobs. Thus, making the Success Centre a stream way of possibilities and brighter future not only for the students but to the industry partners as well.

The instructor delivers theory and hands-on lab instruction for the Health Care Aide program in alignment with Alberta Health Services standards. Responsibilities include monitoring student progress, conducting evaluations, and developing instructional materials to ensure academic quality.
