Deliver an exceptional luxury experience throughout every guest interaction. Greet guests and colleagues with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Securely label and store all vehicle keys in designated locked locations. Clearly communicate valet rates and exclusive guest benefits. Maintain a smooth, elegant arrival experience by keeping entrances clear and traffic flowing efficiently. Conduct a meticulous vehicle inspection and document any pre-existing damage. Provide knowledgeable guidance on hotel amenities, dining, events, transportation, and local attractions. Retrieve guest belongings and fulfill special requests promptly and discreetly. Respond to emergency situations in accordance with hotel safety protocols. Promote guest and colleague safety by promptly reporting concerns to Security and Management. Consistently uphold Fairmont luxury service standards and valet excellence. Proactively address and report operational, safety, and appearance deficiencies. Confidently operate all vehicle types, including manual transmissions. Maintain flexibility to support overnight operations when required. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the guest experience. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Available to work weekends, evenings and shift work Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Team oriented Customer service focused Professional manner and outgoing personality Valid Driver’s License with no infractions Exceptional verbal communication in both English and French.
