Job Description Join our team as a Front Office Supervisor at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and take a key role in leading and supporting the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring high service standards, and supporting the team’s growth and development. Start Date: October 2026 Pay Rate: $27.68/hour Position Type: Permanent Job Duties Include: Supervise daily front desk operations, including guest check‑in, check‑out, room changes, reservations coordination, and handling VIPs / special requests. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop front desk agents for performance, service standards, professionalism, guest relations, and appearance. Empower staff to resolve guest service challenges; track guest issues and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution (service recovery). Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, reservations, concierge, food & beverage, engineering, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience at a front desk / front office in a large hotel preferred Proficient with property management systems (e.g. Micros‑Opera or similar), and strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
