Company Description As a Steward, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of our kitchen and back-of-house operations. You will support the culinary and Food & Beverage teams by ensuring all equipment, dishes, and work areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety. What you will be doing: Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and stewarding areas Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Ensure all sanitation and hygiene standards are consistently met, in line with health and safety regulations Support the culinary team with basic tasks such as waste removal, recycling, and restocking supplies Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment Keep all storage areas clean, organized, and properly stocked Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as required Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment Support team members and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen environment is an asset, but not required Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information Your team and working environment: You will be part of a dedicated stewarding team that plays a key role in supporting kitchen operations.
