About The Job About The Job ACENSI is looking for a Security & Authorisations Analyst for one of their clients based in Bucharest : PROFILE Academic background & Experience Educated to Degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 2 - 3 years’ hands on experience supporting SAP user access, role management, authorisations, testing, and incident resolution Familiarity with standard SAP functional domains and core business processes (e.g. Finance, Projects, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing) Demonstrated success in performing similar ERP type roles within large and complex organizations Behavioural Capabilities Works effectively as part of a broader global team by building strong relationships, sharing knowledge openly, and promoting a culture of trust and cooperation to achieve common goals across functions and regions Excellent and effective communicator with strong inter-personal skills Good stakeholder management skills (multiple levels, multiple countries, multiple languages) Pro-active with high levels of energy, tenacity, and enthusiasm to deliver results Demonstrates accountability by taking ownership of issues and ensuring smooth, agreed handovers and takeovers to maintain continuity and clarity Demonstrates a proactive mindset by anticipating security risks, raising improvements early, and actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the global security model and associated processes Skills English speaking Fluent business French (minimum C1 level) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills SAP S/4HANA certification Familiarity with ITIL principles ITSM tools (Service Now) Previous experience working with SAP Security Strong knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) L2 Support experience, with the ability to provide technical support and answer complex technical queries Experience in ticket management and resolution, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

The role involves supporting SAP user access, role management, and authorisations while resolving incidents within a global team. The analyst will also manage security risks and contribute to the enhancement of the global security model.

Candidates need a degree and 2-3 years of experience in SAP security and GRC, along with fluency in English and French. Certification in SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools like ServiceNow are required.
