Resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department for resolution Represent the company's values and commitment to customer experience Maintain a customer-first mindset during all interactions. Appointment Scheduling Schedule service, maintenance and sales appointments according to company procedures. Gather and document accurate customer and equipment information. Fill available capacity by offering alternative appointment times when appropriate. Confirm appointment details and set clear customer expectations. Data Entry and Record Keeping Accurately enter customer information into Service Titan Update customer profiles, contact information, and equipment records as needed. Maintain data integrity by minimizing entry errors and correcting discrepancies. Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality. Customer Education and Product Knowlege Explain company services, memberships, promotions, and scheduling options. Educate customers on the benefits of maintenance programs and membership offerings. Answer customer questions regarding products, services, pricing, and processes. Identify opportunities to provide additional value through education and recommendations. Cross Functional Collaboration Communicate customer needs and concerns to Dispatch, Service, Maintenance, Install, and Membership teams. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives. Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives when required.
