Why apply? • Pathway to permanent employment. • Medical and dental benefits once qualified • A safe and secure work environment with social distancing measures in place • Fast hiring process, pays weekly • 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque • Referral Bonus • Safety Shoe Discount Voucher • FREE Complimentary online learning courses • Attendance prize draws for perfect attendance Key Responsibilities – Manufacturing Associate • Operate production and assembly equipment in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. • Assemble, inspect, and package automotive parts according to quality and safety standards. • Perform quality checks and identify defects to ensure products meet specifications. • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area. • Follow work instructions, production schedules, and company procedures. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. • Complete basic production documentation and reporting as required. • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production goals. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Assist with machine operation, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments as needed. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. • Perform repetitive tasks while standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. • Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime and up to 48 hours per week when required.
