ADP is hiring a Senior Channel Sales Manager- Accountant. A pivotal leadership role driving growth and scale The Senior Channel Sales Manager- Accountant plays a critical role in accelerating our growth across Canada. This leader will own the development and execution of a comprehensive channel distribution strategy, integrating direct, inside, and digital sales motions to improve productivity and results. You will lead through managers and directors (L4 and below), with full accountability for performance across the Canadian channel program. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Service, and GPT to deploy resources effectively, scale digital‑centric channels, and deliver measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Do * Develop and execute the SBS channel distribution strategy (direct and alternate) * Partner with Sales VPs and Marketing to identify markets for expansion or optimization * Lead the growth of digital‑centric sales channels and identify alternate distribution models * Drive productivity through improved adoption of sales tools and technology * Build and execute go‑to‑market plans targeting priority industries * Co‑design onboarding programs with Training to support rapid growth of digital‑centric sales leaders * Apply market data and critical thinking to inform deployment and growth strategies * Simplify workflows across service, implementation, onboarding, and reporting * Lead a Channel Sales Manager focused on operational execution and growth What You Bring Required * Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) * 6+ years of B2B sales or channel experience, including the accounting or professional services space * 4+ years of B2B sales experience * Strong executive communication skills, including with C‑level stakeholders * Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and lead across functions * Demonstrated success leading teams directly and through leaders Preferred * Prior ADP sales experience * Strong strategic planning and execution skills * Excellent presentation and communication abilities * Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools You won’t be doing this alone—this role is supported by cross‑functional partners aligned to help drive channel growth and success.
