They collaborate with engineering and construction teams to optimize costs, identify project risks, and support decision-making throughout the bidding process. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating large-scale civil infrastructure projects and hold a degree in civil or construction engineering. Proficiency in reading technical plans and a strong understanding of construction sequences are essential, along with bilingualism in English and French.
