The Project Controls Manager will lead project controls teams to ensure compliance with standards, manage cost and schedule baselines, and oversee performance reporting for nuclear mega-projects. They are responsible for implementing earned value management, risk management plans, and providing commercial support for claims and negotiations. Candidates must have 10-15 years of experience in EPC or related construction environments, with expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and SAP. A post-secondary degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related quantitative field is preferred, along with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
